Bio

As the owner of DawnspringHR, I provide employers with experienced HR support in a variety of areas. In my more than fifteen years of experience in Administration and Human Resources, I have conducted HR audits, drafted policies and procedures, responded to employee complaints, investigated workplace issues, represented companies in dispute resolution efforts, and routinely provide advice on employee and compliance issues. I am successful at developing and implementing HR tools and processes to ensure appropriate people, processes, and structure are in place to achieve business results. With two certifications of my advanced level of knowledge and experience in the HR field, I have developed comprehensive expertise in compensation design and administration, including the design and implementation of base pay, variable pay, bonus, commission, and benefits compensation systems.

More than that, I love working with smaller companies. I truly understand how hard owner/employers must work to balance multiple, and often conflicting, priorities. Small company owner must make every dollar they spend work as hard as they do to support their business. The company owners and managers I have worked with describe me as having a substantial understanding of the impact of people and their issues on overall business goals; making me a highly effective business partner.
